Catch Phrase is a party game that we’ve loved for a long time. Its simple to explain, easy to play, and gets everyone involved for a lot of fun.

Top 14 Best Board Games – Dad

Colorio – a colorful memory game

One of the first games kids learn is Memory – where players turn over tiles to find matches. If they turn over two tiles and the images don’t match, they turn them face down again. It’s a simple game for helping kids develop their thinking.

Colorio is also a very simple board game where players reveal spots on a board and try to remember what color is in each spot. However, rather than looking for matches, players are trying not to reveal too much of a color.

After seeing what Jaden and Caleb list as their Best Board Games, it’s time to turn our attention to the female point of view with our daughter Brooke.

As with most pre-teenage girls, Brooke’s attention is mostly focused on her friends. She loves to hang with her friends, play with her stuffed animals, listen to One Direction, and play soccer. But she also loves one-on-one time with parents and enjoys playing games with the family (provided she isn’t currently at odds with her “annoying” brothers.)
