International TableTop day this coming Saturday!
Are you up for a day of fun and merriment?
Because this coming Saturday, April 11, 2015, is International TableTop Day!
International TableTop Day 2014 was celebrated in 80 countries, over all 7 continents, and had over 3,000 events in total. How’s that for just the third year of the event? You know 2015 will be even bigger.
So join the party and get your TableTop games ready – otherwise known as board games, card games, dice games, and party games. Just no video games. Leave the screens behind and join in the face-to-face fun of tabletop games with your friends and family.
Our TableTop Day Game Plan
With many busy family activities on a Saturday, we know it’s not easy to dedicate a whole day to playing games. So we’re not going that extreme.
But we are going to make sure we get in a number of great board games to be a part of the fun.
Here’s what’s on my list of board games and card games I’d like to play on International TableTop Day (mostly consisting of games we got this month mixed in with others we love):
- Secret of Monte Cristo
- Inkognito the board game
- King of New York
- But Wait, There’s More
- Settlers of the Stone Age
- Mammut
- Kahuna
- Pandemic The Cure
- 7 Wonders
- Kingdom Builder
I’m sure we’ll only have time to get in a few games instead of everything on this list. But a guy can dream…
What’s your game plan?
Whatever it is, we hope you have fun on #TableTopDay!
